Requirements to Receive your Scholarship

  • The student MUST provide the College Success department with their current class schedule.
  • The student MUST submit a copy of their college/university’s 2015-2016 Financial Aid Award Notification letter which includes your Cost of Attendance (COA) and Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
  • The student must complete at least twelve (12) credit hours each semester or a total of twenty-four (24) credit hours each academic year and maintain an overall grade point average of at least 2.0. If unable to meet these requirements, the student is ineligible to continue to receive scholarship funds unless special consideration is granted. (See Appeal Process section).
  • The student must submit their upcoming semester’s class schedule (unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
  • The student must submit a copy of their college/university’s 2015-2016 Financial Aid Award Notification letter which includes your Expected Family Contribution (EFC).
