Purpose: Distinguishing the difference between the author and the illustrator, how the illustrations are created through the use of experimenting with colors and techniques, style in art and the orderly arrangement of forms to create a design

Supplies:
Cardboard/white art paper approximately 10” by 10” – one per student, green, blue, yellow and red paint, paint brushes, pencils, scissors, glue, circle and oval stencils of different sizes, construction paper, markers/crayons/oil pastels
