Wu Gaozhong was born in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. He graduated from Nanjing Arts Institute in 1990. Wu Gaozhong lives in Beijing, China. He participated in the FOTOFEST2008 – CHINA Biennial.
The mission of Project GRAD is to ensure a quality public education for all students in economically disadvantaged communities so that high school and college graduation rates increase.
