Creating A Soundtrack – Linking Music with Plot Elements

Previous skills: Students have read a short story or novel (in this lesson, I will use the novel Twilight by Stephanie Meyer) and have an understanding of mood.
Supplies: Internet access, paper, pencil/pen, handouts, copies of song lyrics, scenes from different movies,
Purpose: Show understanding of plot elements and the analyzing of mood through the use of music lyrics
