Classroom Time: Two 90 minute class periods with the movie, one 90 minute class period without the movie
Purpose: Understanding the meanings of operations, the relationship of numbers, practicing reallife math with respect to the environment and conservation, viewing and critiquing recycled art
Skills Addressed:
Math skill: Using number skills with real –life math problems
Science skill: Personal responsibility with respect to the environment
Visual Arts skill: Communicating through art and connecting art to other disciplines
Supplies:
Paper, pencil, recyclables, handouts, internet access, the movie "Wall-E", scissors, and glue
