Please fill out the form as completely as possible to help us expediate your request for authorization.

If you are an HISD employee, please use your HISD login ID for your userID and your HISD employee ID number as your Employee ID #.

*If you are a new HISD employee, please use "T" plus the last 4 digits of your SSN#.

After completing the form, click the "Submit & Show Workshops" button. You will then be able to view the list of Project GRAD Professional Development Workshops.

You will be sent an email with your userID and password. Please log into the system the next time you visit us.
